Chhaava amassed an impressive Rs 165 crore within its first five days of release, surpassing Shaitaan’s lifetime collection of Rs 148 crore crore, which it earned over a span of 66 days.

Chhaava, directed by Laxman Utekar, delves into the life of Maratha warrior Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, with Vicky Kaushal delivering a compelling performance in the titular role. The film’s release on February 14, 2025, was met with overwhelming audience enthusiasm, reflected in its robust box office numbers. The opening weekend alone saw the film collecting ₹116 crore, with daily earnings maintaining a strong upward trajectory—₹31 crore on Friday, ₹37 crore on Saturday, and a substantial ₹48.5 crore on Sunday.The film also added Rs 24 crore on Monday and Rs 25.25 crore on Tuesday.
