‘The Mantis: Original Sin’
It is an upcoming South Korean mystery-thriller series about a woman who imprisoned for a long time. She is allegedly a serial killer and the story unfolds with a series of murders. Further, written by Lee Young-jong and directed by Byun Young-Joo, the series has Go Hyun-Jung and Jang Dong-Yoon. in the lead. It is scheduled to premiere on SBS TV in the second half of 2025.
‘Dark Legacy’
This is a psychological thriller show which is adapted from the novel ‘Hunter with a Scalpel’. This series stars Park Ju-Hyun, Park Yong-Woo, and Kang-Hoon. The story is about Se-hyun, a genius forensic scientist who discovers traces of her father’s killings while doing an autopsy and goes on a hunt to hide the past that she wants to erase before the police get to the truth first. It is scheduled to be released on U+TV and U+MobileTV in 2025.
‘Knock-Off’
‘Knock-off’ is a black comedy crime drama starring Kim Soo-hyun and Jo Bo-ah. The series follows an ordinary office worker whose life is upended by the 1997 Asian financial crisis, leading him to become the king of the global counterfeit goods market. This series is written by Han Jung-hoon, and directed by Park Hyun-seok.
‘Squid Game Season 3’
This show needs no introduction. We all know the hype that was created during the time of the release of 2nd season. ‘Squid Game 3’ is a thriller survival drama, written by South Korean writer Hwang Dong-Hyuk. It is all set to release on 27th June 2025 on Netflix.
