Shah Rukh Khan rents two luxurious duplex apartments in Mumbai for Rs 2.9 crore per year

Shah Rukh Khan has rented two luxurious duplex apartments in the upscale Pali Hill area of Mumbai for an annual rent of Rs 2.9 crore, as reported by Zapkey. The lease agreements, registered on February 14, reveal a combined monthly rent of Rs 24.15 lakh.
The superstar has rented two duplex apartments in the ‘Puja Casa’ building located in Pali Hill, Khar, Mumbai, for an annual rent of Rs 2.9 crore, or Rs 24.15 lakh per month. The rental agreements were registered and span a duration of 36 months. One apartment is leased from Jacky Bhagnani and his sister Deepshika Deshmukh, while the other belongs to Jacky Bhagnani.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Shah Rukh was last seen in ‘Dunki’, directed by Rajkumar Hirani. He has ‘King’, directed by Sujoy Ghosh, in the pipeline, where he will share the screen with his daughter Suhana Khan for the first time. The film is set to begin shooting in January 2025 and is expected to release in mid-2026.
On the other hand, Jackky Bhagnani made his acting debut in 2009 with ‘Kal Kissne Dekha’, which received negative reviews. He gained moderate success with films like ‘F.A.L.T.U’ and ‘Rangrezz’.
