Samantha Ruth Prabhu recently opened up about her transformative three-day silent retreat through her Instagram Stories. The actress spent this time in complete silence, without her phone or any form of communication, and described the experience as profoundly enriching. She encouraged others to consider such a retreat for personal growth.
She wrote, “Three days of silence. No phone. No communication. Just me for company. Somehow, being alone with ourselves has become one of the scariest things. Would I do it again? A million times, yes. Would I recommend you try it? A million times, yes”.
Her recent revelation about her silent retreat has captivated her fans, aligning with her ongoing focus on wellness and self-care. The actress has been candid about her health struggles and personal journey, frequently sharing insights into mindfulness, fitness, and healing practices that have helped her navigate challenges.
Prabhu’s most recent project is ‘Citadel: Honey Bunny’, the Indian version of the ‘Citadel’ franchise, directed by Raj & DK. She starred alongside Varun Dhawan, with Kay Kay Menon, Simran, and Sikandar Kher in supporting roles. The series premiered on November 7, 2024, and has been well-received.
On the work front, Samantha will appear in the upcoming web series ‘Rakt Brahmand: The Bloody Kingdom’, sharing the screen with Aditya Roy Kapur, Wamiqa Gabbi, and Ali Fazal.
