In the same interview, Mawra, who recently tied the knot with Pakistani actor Ameer Gilani, reacted to the film’s massive success, attributing it to her marriage luck. “To be honest, if the film has waited nine years to achieve these numbers, I think it’s my husband bringing in the luck for sure. Because the only thing that has changed since then is this (my wedding),” she said playfully.
Reflecting on the immense love the film continues to receive, Mawra expressed gratitude, “It is unbelievable for me too, the love that we are receiving. I can see some things, and I am sure I am missing out on a lot. But all that I can see is very overwhelming. I can only be grateful for it.”

Mawra and Ameer recently exchanged vows in an intimate ceremony attended by close friends and family. The couple, who starred together in Pakistani dramas like Sabaat and Neem, had long been rumored to be in a relationship. Though they never publicly confirmed their romance, their wedding photos left fans elated.
