Kirti Kulhari reveals Himesh Reshammiya's strict dialogue policy on 'Badass Ravikumar': ‘Take it or leave it’

Kirti Kulhari recently shared her experience working with Himesh Reshammiya on ‘Badass Ravikumar‘. Recently, in an interview, she revealed that while she had suggestions to enhance her dialogue, Himesh was firm about his vision for the film and rejected her input.
Talking to News18, the actress discussed working on ‘Badass Ravikumar’ with Himesh. She revealed that, despite wanting to add her personal touch to the dialogues, Himesh, who also produced the film, insisted on sticking to the script, giving her a “take it or leave it” choice. Kirti, known for roles in ‘Pink’ and ‘Shaitaan’, acknowledged that she and Himesh come from different creative worlds but respected his clear vision for the project.
The actress admired Himesh’s confidence in his work. She said that Himesh was like, ‘Don’t mess with what we have. This is what it is.’ Far from being offended, she was happy to work with someone who knew exactly what they wanted. Kirti appreciated his strong sense of direction, which ultimately helped her understand the clear vision for the film and her character within it. Embracing his approach, she decided to move forward, accepting his terms without any issues.
‘Badass Ravikumar’, a musical action movie and spin-off of ‘The Xposé‘, was released on February 7, 2025. Produced by and starring Himesh Reshammiya, the film also features Prabhu Deva, Kirti Kulhari, and others. It blends action with musical elements in a retro setting.
