Ibrahim Ali Khan's debut film 'Nadaaniyan' with Khushi Kapoor locks its release date

Ibrahim Ali Khan, son of Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh, is all set to make his highly anticipated on-screen debut with Khushi Kapoor, daughter of Boney Kapoor and the late Sridevi, in the Netflix film ‘Nadaaniyan’.
Weeks after making the big announcement, the digital platform has now announced the streaming date in a post that read, “Kuch Kuch Hota Hai aisi Nadaaniyan dekh kar. Watch Nadaaniyan, out 7 March, only on Netflix!”
The recently released heartbreak track, ‘Galatfehmiyan‘ has already caught the attention of audiences. The song captures the emotional turmoil of a young couple struggling with misunderstandings in their relationship, with Ibrahim and Khushi delivering heartfelt performances. Composed by the talented duo Sachin-Jigar, the song features soulful vocals by Tushar Joshi, Madhubanti Bagchi, and Sachin-Jigar, with lyrics penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya. Fans have been particularly drawn to Ibrahim’s striking resemblance to his father, Saif Ali Khan, as his romantic expressions echo those of the Bollywood star. Meanwhile, Khushi Kapoor impresses with her graceful screen presence, drawing comparisons to her legendary mother, Sridevi.
Directed by Shauna Gautam, ‘Nadaaniyan’ is one of the most awaited releases on Netflix in India this year. The buzz around the film began on February 2, 2025, when Netflix unveiled the first look featuring the lead pair Ibrahim and Khushi.
While the 23-year-old hunk previously worked as an assistant director on Karan Johar’s ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’, starring Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh, Khushi made her debut in the Zoya Akhtar directorial ‘The Archies’, also starring Suhana Khan and Agastya Nanda.
