The divine blessings of saints and the spiritually charged atmosphere bring mental peace and holistic well-being. After Mahakumbh snan biological clock improves. Thus, bathing in the Kumbh Mela is not just a religious ritual but also holds scientific importance in promoting health, spiritual well-being, and inner harmony.”
