Dan Crenshaw caught on Hot Mic 'seriously' threatening Tucker Carlson: 'I’ll f**ing kill him'
Dan Crenshaw caught on Hot Mic threatening to kill Tucker Carlson

Republican politician and former US Navy SEAL Dan Crenshaw was caught on a Hot Mic saying he would kill right-wing broadcaster Tucker Carlson if they ever met, adding, “No seriously, I would kill him.”
The remark was made at the end of an interview with GB News and has since gone viral drawing backlash from conservatives and a response from Carlson himself.
During an interview with British journalist Steven Edginton, Crenshaw was asked about the $100 billion aid package to Ukraine and Carlson’s argument that the money could have been spent on border security and domestic priorities. Crenshaw dismissed the idea, saying, “You can walk and chew bubblegum at the same time.”
He went on to criticise Carlson, saying, “I would love to ask Tucker what he thinks that $100 billion should be spent on and if he would vote for it as a conservative. Tucker doesn’t know what he’s talking about.” He added, “Tucker likes to visit Moscow and talk about how great the grocery stores are, so I don’t really take his advice very seriously.”
As the interview wrapped up, Edginton asked if Crenshaw had ever met Carlson. “If I ever meet him, I’ll f*ing kill him,” Crenshaw replied. When Edginton laughed, Crenshaw reportedly doubled down, saying, “No, seriously, I would kill him.”
The remark quickly spread online, prompting Republican leader Marjorie Taylor Greene to confront Crenshaw, asking, “Did you threaten to kill my friend Tucker Carlson?” Crenshaw dismissed her concern, responding, “Lol, no.”
Edginton later pushed back, posting on X: “We literally have it on video.” The clip was later taken down, but not before users saved and reposted it.
Crenshaw and Carlson have a long-running feud, with Crenshaw previously calling Carlson a “cowardly, know-nothing elitist who is full of s**t.” Carlson, in return, has mocked Crenshaw as “Eyepatch McCain” due to his war injury and similarities in foreign policy stances with the late Senator John McCain, reports The Daily news.
Crenshaw has also described Carlson as a “cowardly, know-nothing elitist,” according to the Daily Beast.
DOGE head and Tech billionaire Elon Musk also reacted, questioning why Crenshaw seemed “homicidal” toward Carlson.
“Why is Crenshaw homicidal regarding Tucker?” Musk said on X.
Carlson himself responded by challenging Crenshaw to an interview.
“Why don’t you come sit for an interview and we’ll see how you do?” he posted on X. “I’ll send you my address, Dan Crenshaw.”
