Kash Patel's girlfriend explains significance of her red earrings: 'Made of government...'
Kash Patel’s girlfriend Alexis Wilkins met President Donald Trump and posted a photo.

Kash Patel’s girlfriend Alexis Wilkins stood out at the swearing-in event of the new FBI director as she spoke about how loyal Kash Patel is — inside and outside politics. As Patel took the oath, Wilkins stood beside him looking at him admiringly giving social media a viral moment which got compared a lot to Second Lady Usha Vance looking at Vice President JD Vance during his oath ceremony.
Wilkins recounted her meeting with President Donald Trump. The president asked only one question about Kash: whether he was loyal, and Wilkins was confident in her answer. The country singer posted a photo with Kash and President Trump and captioned it “God Bless America.”
Wilkins also reacted to the viral photo of her admiringly looking at Kash and added that “proud is an understatement”. “Looks like the USA is going to be okay. Proud is an understatement,” she wrote tagging Kash.
The 26-year-old then made an interesting post showing a red earring that she wore. “Just know that today I’m wearing my earrings that are made of government red tape from the 40’s,” Wilkins wrote apparently taking a dig at government red-tapism and how those days are now ending in the Trump administration. Social media users loved the little banter and also those red earrings and congratulated both of them.
Kash and Wilkins will stay in Washington together. She has taken a job as the press secretary for Republican Rep. Abraham Hamade.
According to reports, Kash and Wilkins first met at a Conservative event in October 2022 and started dating in 2023.
Kash Patel is one of the most controversial picks of Donald Trump because of the views that he expressed earlier. After taking the oath, he said he was fulfiling the American Dream as a first-generation Indian kid. He warned of a rigorous term as he helms the FBI and he said there will be accountability inside and outside FBI. Taking on the media for writing fake, malicious, slanderous pieces against him, Patel said, “If you want to target anyone, it’s here (pointing toward himself). Not the men and women of FBI. They deserve better.”
