Yuzvendra Chahal and Dhanashree Verma share cryptic posts on Valentine's Day amid divorce rumours: 'You are enough as you are'

Indian cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal has been struggling to make a comeback into Team India despite his impressive track record. The leg-spinner, who was part of the T20 World Cup-winning squad last year, has found himself sidelined as selectors continue to prefer spinners like Washington Sundar, Kuldeep Yadav, and Axar Patel. Adding to the setback, Chahal was also left out of the Champions Trophy squad, raising questions about his future in Indian cricket.
While Chahal deals with professional challenges, his personal life has also come under scrutiny. Reports suggest trouble in his marriage with wife Dhanashree Verma, though neither has publicly confirmed the rumours. Fans began speculating after both shared cryptic posts on social media in recent days.
On Valentine’s Day, Chahal posted a series of pictures with a message, “You are enough as you are. Don’t let anyone make you feel otherwise.”
Though he did not specify whom the post was directed at, fans were quick to connect it to his relationship with Dhanashree.
Dhanashree, on the other hand, also shared a series of gym photos on the same day with the caption, “A cake is a must today.”
As rumours about their relationship spread, Dhanashree addressed the situation with a strong message for her critics. She slammed trolls for spreading falsehoods and questioned the character assassination she has faced.

Dhanashree Verma Reacts To Rumours Divorce Rumours With Yuzvendra Chahal, Labels It ‘Character Assassination’

“The past few days have been extremely difficult for my family and me. What’s truly disturbing is the baseless speculation and character assassination by anonymous trolls without fact-checking. I have worked hard for years to build my name and integrity. My silence is not a sign of weakness, but of strength. While negativity spreads easily online, it takes courage and compassion to lift others. I choose to focus on my truth and move forward.”

With both Chahal’s career and personal life under scrutiny, fans are hoping for clarity and better times ahead for the cricketer.
