She further shared that when in love, she is a true romantic as “Just like Ali from Dhoom, I start imagining kids,” she joked.

The emotional toll was so immense, that it caused her panic attacks; she even ended up being hospitalised. “I was on injections and had to be admitted,” she said. Despite the pain of being cheated on, she kept quiet at initially as she feared the stigma in her hometown, Aligarh. “You worry people will blame you. But how much can one take?”
RJ Mahvash further revealed that got engaged at the age of 19, much-against her parents’ wishes. And by 21, she called it off after her ex-fiance cheated on her multiple time. While it took her immense courage to call-off her engagement, the betrayal shook her confidence. “You start doubting yourself, checking your clothes in the mirror, wondering what went wrong,” she said.
Mahvash admitted that even when doctors questioned her health, she couldn’t bring herself to say the man she once fought to marry was the one causing her harm. But eventually, she chose her dignity and well-being over social pressure. That choice, while difficult, became a turning point in her life. “It made me stronger,” she said.
