Juventus goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny could be on his way to Saudi Arabia, according to Fabrizio Romano. The well-known and well-respected Italian journalist has reported on X that Al Nassr, Juventus and Szczesny are in talks over a deal.

Romano has claimed that Saudi Pro League club Al Nassr are on the verge of agreeing a two-year contract with Szczesny. Juventus will receive a transfer fee of €5 million for the former Arsenal goalkeeper.

The reporter wrote on X: “Wojciech Szczesny’s move to Al Nassr, now advancing to final stages after exclusive story revealed on Sunday.

“Two year contract almost agreed, final details to be clarified and then green light expected soon. Juve, set to receive around €5m and will save his salary.”

Szczesny has been on the books of Juventus since 2017 and has been a regular in the first team over the years. The Poland international goalkeeper played 35 times in Serie A last season, while in the 2022-23 campaign, he played 28 league games for the Bianconeri.
