Windstar Cruises is enhancing its technology to simplify transactions for travel advisors, unveiling a new integration with its inaugural booking engine partner, Revelex.
Revelex consolidates cruise inventory from over 40 major lines, streamlining the booking process for advisors and enabling them to manage global cruise bookings effortlessly, all from a single online platform.
“Revelex’s Power Agent 5 offers access to a global cruise API, allowing our travel advisor
customers greater control of the booking process,” explains Revelex Senior Vice President of
Sales Joe Romans. “The Revelex solution is customizable for travel advisors to be able to pull
web and private fares, search and book multiple cruise products, apply mark-ups and discounts
with a yield management tool, and make post-booking modifications. We’re thrilled to add
Windstar’s cruise products to our system and ensure an additional, easy pathway for booking.”
Windstar’s Chief Commercial Officer, Janet Bava, is thrilled about the new booking engine and the opportunity it provides to engage with Windstar’s renowned boutique cruises. She highlights Revelex’s attractiveness to advisors already familiar with the platform and its extensive global reach.
