In the yogic tradition, if you cook anything, it must be consumed within 1.5 hours of cooking. And if not, then maximum 4 hours, depending upon the items and cooking method involved. Beyond that, it should not be touched, because it will only develop gases in the stomach and will lead to restlessness and other complications. Sadhguru states that it impacts respiratory health, mental health, sense of smell and hunger as well.
