Mumbai Indians captain Hardik Pandya and Rajasthan Royals head coach Rahul Dravid shared a warm moment ahead of their IPL 2025 clash in Jaipur, as Pandya ran across the field to greet his former India coach at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium on Wednesday.
Dravid, whose left leg was heavily strapped due to a pre-season injury, had so far been seen moving around in a wheelchair during the tournament. However, on this occasion, he was seen standing and smiling, bringing relief to fans.

The two shared a heartfelt hug, engaged in a cheerful conversation, and posed for photographs, creating a buzz among cricket lovers online.
Who’s that IPL player?
Pandya and Dravid share a special bond, having scripted India’s memorable T20 World Cup triumph together last year. Under Dravid’s calm guidance, Pandya played a key role in India’s victorious campaign, making their reunion all the more meaningful.
