The interaction took place as Virat and Anushka stepped out for lunch at his restaurant One8 Commune in Mumbai in May 2023.
It all started during a photo session during which one of the shutterbugs mistakenly addressed Anushka Sharma as “Anushka Sir”. In a hilarious response, Virat was heard saying, “Virat ma’am bhi bol de (Why don’t you say Virat ma’am too)!” Later, the couple could be seen laughing their hearts out before heading for the venue.
Slaying chic looks, both Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma made sure to make a statement with their fashionable outfits. While the cricketer exuded relaxed vibes in an oversized shirt with black jeans, Anushka blended a hint of formal appeal to her stylish look, wearing a striped waistcoat and teamed it with white trousers.
Often dubbed the ‘Best couple in the world’ by their fans, Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma have been married for seven years now. Blessed with two kids – daughter Vamika and son Akaay, the duo prefers to keep their personal lives private, spending most of the time away from the limelight in London with their picture-perfect family. The film, expected to mark the actress’ comeback as she takes on the pivotal role of Jhulan Goswami in her biopic, will reportedly have an OTT release. Coming back to the birthday boy, Virat Kohli is hailed as one of the greatest batters, with innumerable records and several match-winning knocks credited to his name.
