Trump organisation announces its second residential project in Gurgaon

NEW DELHI: Gurgaon will soon gets its second Trump-branded residential project. The US President’s India real estate partners — Smartworld Developers and Tribeca Developers — Wednesday announced the launch of Trump Residences Gurgaon in sector 69. The 12-lakh square feet project targets Rs 3,500 crore in sales with an investment of Rs 1,200 crore. This new project follows the debut of Trump Towers Delhi NCR in 2018.
Eric Trump, EVP of The Trump Organization, said: “We’re incredibly excited to launch our second project in Gurgaon…. The fact that we’re expanding in this remarkable city speaks volumes – not just about the strength of the Trump brand in India, but also about the exceptional partnership we’ve built and the tremendous confidence The Trump Organization has in Gurgaon’s future. With this new development, we’ve pushed the boundaries of luxury like never before. I’m confident that Trump Residences Gurgaon will stand among the most iconic and spectacular properties in our global portfolio.”
While Smartworld will develop and construct the project, Tribeca will lead the design, marketing and sales. Trump Residences Gurgaon will include two 51-story towers with 298 residences.
Pankaj Bansal, co-founder of Smartworld Developers, said: “This isn’t just a project – it’s a testament to what happens when vision meets ambition. Sector 69 will never be the same.”
Kalpesh Mehta, founder of Tribeca Developers, said: “Trump returns to Gurgaon with our second project. After the first Trump Towers set the standard, this time we’re building something different.”
India is home to six Trump projects across four cities.
