The clip shows Aaradhya as Sita in a scene that also features a child playing Ravan. As the video circulates on social media, fans have been quick to draw comparisons between Aaradhya and her mother, Aishwarya, particularly referencing her role in Mani Ratnam’s 2010 film ‘Raavan’, where she played a modern interpretation of Sita. Commenting on Aaradhya’s stage presence and acting chops, fan said, “Aaradhya as Sita ji at her school’s Dussehra celebrations felt like i was watching aish , her movement her dance her walk is the same as her mom , but she has her own acting Skils ,and her voice is love.”
Another said, “Like mother like daughter” while another added, “She’s just like her mom!”
The resurfaced clip coincides with Aamir Khan’s recent remarks about his long-standing dream to create a big-screen adaptation of the Hindu epic – the Mahabharat. Speaking at a recent event, Khan shared his ambition to work on the epic mythological tale and also expressed his desire to create more content for children.
Meanwhile, on the Bollywood front, director Nitesh Tiwari is gearing up to bring his ambitious film ‘Ramayana’ to the big screen next year. The film stars Ranbir Kapoor and Sai Pallavi in lead roles, along with actor Yash.
