Celebrating the legacy of living legend Randhir Kapoor, a beautiful birthday bash was organized on February 15. Marking the 78th birthday of the veteran star, the party saw the entire Kapoor clan come together. Photos and videos from the party are going viral on social media, and amid all those clips, the one that recently caught everyone’s attention featured Shashi Kapoor and Jennifer Kapoor’s son Karan Kapoor. It caught the attention as it was one of the rare appearances made by Karan Kapoor. He posed with Neetu Kapoor and Kunal Kapoor, and the netizens simply can’t get enough of him.
For the occasion, Karan Kapoor chose a white shirt and denim jeans. Netizens were elated to see him and showered their love on social media. “He is still dashing as ever,” wrote a fan, while another one recalled his work and penned, “He was also famous for a role in movie Saltanat.”

Who is Karan Kapoor?

Karan Kapoor, son of Shashi Kapoor and Jennifer Kapoor, has two siblings: brother Kunal Kapoor and sister Sanjana Kapoor. He entered the world of cinema in the 1980s and was dubbed a heartthrob.
His was seen in 1978 ‘Junoon’, written and directed by Shyam Benegal. Alongside him were Shashi Kapoor, Shabana Azmi, Jennifer Kendal, and Naseeruddin Shah. In the 1986 film, ‘Sultanat,’ he made his mainstream actor debut alongside Dharmendra, Sunny Deol and Juhi Chawla. Before switching lanes and finding a photography career, Karan Kapoor appeared in five films, including ‘Junoon,’ ‘36 Chowringhee Lane,’ ‘Sultanat,’ ‘Loha’ and ‘Afsar.’
In 1988, he relocated to the UK to pursue a photography career, where he has since become an award-winning photographer. He is a father to two children, Aliya and Zak, with his wife Lorna Kapoor, and runs a photography business in London. In a 2016 interview, Karan expressed a desire to return to acting, stating, “I would love to. But I don’t know if anyone wants to see me!”
