Shakti Kapoor sells Juhu apartment gifted by daughter Shraddha Kapoor for Rs 6.11 crore

Shakti Kapoor has sold his Juhu apartment for Rs 6.11 crore. The property was located in Silver Beach Heaven, a building home to several celebrities.
According to documents, the apartment measured 88 sqft, with a stamp duty of Rs 36.66 lakh and a registration charge of Rs 30,000.
This was the same apartment gifted to Shakti Kapoor by his daughter, Shraddha Kapoor. She initially owned 50 percent, while his wife, Shivangi Kapoor, owned the other 50 percent. Unlike Shraddha, Shivangi had sold her share to Shakti. He had rented out the apartment before eventually selling it.”The price at which the apartment has been sold aligns with the prevailing market rate in Juhu,” said Varun Singh, Founder of SquareFeatIndia.
On the work front, Shakti Kapoor was last seen in the film, Animal. Shraddha, on the other hand, shattered records at the box office last year with her film, Stree 2.

The actress hasn’t revealed her next project yet but is making headlines for her recent wedding appearance with boyfriend Rahul Mody. She was also spotted in the city, showing off her phone wallpaper featuring Rahul holding her romantically. Reports suggest the couple might tie the knot by the end of this year.
