Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s fans believe she’s heartbroken as she heard Varun Dhawan talk about yearning for a child.

A video of Samantha Ruth Prabhu has caught her fandom’s attention and it is breaking her fans’ hearts. Samantha has been busy with the promotions of her new series, Citadel: Honey Bunny. She stars in the Amazon Prime Video title with Varun Dhawan. The duo has been on a massive promotional spree. During one of the promotional interviews, Varun was seen talking about starting a family. As he opened up about his wife’s pregnancy and welcoming a daughter, Samantha’s fans noticed that the actress appeared in pain.
Speaking with The Hollywood Reporter India, a fan asked Varun how he related to the character of Bunny, especially since he’s a father now. The actor admitted that he understands the character better, even though he shot the series before he welcomed his daughter Lara. He added that like in the series, wherein Bunny yearned for a family, in real life, he understood the character’s yearning when he wanted to start a family.
“I went through a major period when Natasha and I wanted to start a family, and I had that yearning that I want to have my own family. I connected with Bunny at that point, at that hunger for a family. And now that I do have a daughter, though I shot this before, I get the protection bang on,” Varun said. While he answered the question, fans noticed that Samantha’s face fell. Fans began speculating that Samantha was heartbroken.

“She (looks like she) just wants to scream and cry badly ..God bless you beta ..I know the pain,” a fan wrote. “Can’t wait for the day when Sam will find a very very great and loving partner for herself and we will get to see her all happy and blessed all over again️,” added another. “She would have also craved for dream of her own family but it got shattered brutally. Stay strong Sam,” a third social media user wrote.

Samantha was married to Naga Chaitanya for four years. However, in 2021, the couple announced that they are parting ways. Chaitanya is now set to marry Sobhita Dhulipala. The couple is rumoured to be getting married in December this year.
