When it comes to hair, it seems like Rihanna has tried just about everything. In the last few weeks alone, the singer has switched from her short natural curls to long honey-blonde hair and then to red hair. Now, she’s bringing back a familiar hairstyle with a new twist that could hardly be more appropriate for the season.
On 13th October, Rihanna showed up in Beverly Hills, California in a casual power suit combined with a football jersey. As well as her bright red nails, which matched her trainers, it was her hair that caught our attention. Her hairstyle was just as effortless as her outfit: a voluminous, bouncy mane of curls framed her face. As for her hair colour, RiRi moved closer to her roots with a rich raven black shade all over, rather than the straight blonde style she’s been seen with recently.
To complete the look, Rihanna rounded off her glam with a matte nude makeup look that plays perfectly with the colder autumn weather.

Rihanna once again proves her real flair for trends. Especially in autumn, dark brown tones and black are more popular than ever as a hair colour – dark hair tones are super classy all year round, after all. What’s more, they make the hair look so much healthier and thicker, which is an added bonus. Rihanna’s voluminous curls add an extra dose of coolness and are therefore super versatile. Top marks.
