Actress Priyanka Chopra has reportedly sold her luxury apartments in Mumbai. Buzz is that the star scooped up an estimated Rs 13 crore for her apartments located in Lokhandwala Complex, Andheri West.
The property transactions, acquired by members of the Sachdeva family, were officially registered on March 3, 2025, and were made public through property records accessed via IndexTap.com.
According to the report, one flat measuring 1,075 sq. ft. was purchased for Rs 3.45 crore, with a stamp duty payment of Rs 17.26 lakh. Another unit of an estimated area of 885 sq. ft. was bought for Rs 2.85 crore, incurring a stamp duty of Rs 14.25 lakh.

The per-square-foot rate for the apartments ranged between Rs 31,990 and Rs 32,203, a common rate for the locality renowned for its upscale living and celebrity residents.
Each of these premium residences includes at least one car parking space.
Back in 2023, PeeCee, who is expanding her work profile in the West, also sold 2 Mumbai apartments in the Andheri suburb to director, producer, and screenwriter Abhishek Chaubey for a combined sum of Rs 6 crore.
