Radisson Hotel Group is thrilled to announce the expansion of its portfolio in the Philippines with the addition of three new hotels, contributing over 450 rooms across three key destinations: Cauayan City, Olongapo, and Dasmariñas. This move solidifies Radisson’s position as a leading international hotel group in the country.

The Park Inn by Radisson Cauayan Isabela, an upper-midscale property, will be the first internationally branded hotel in Cauayan City, Isabela, Luzon Island. Conveniently located above the SM City Cauayan Mall, a major retail hub since its launch in 2014, this hotel will cater to the growing number of visitors to the region. Scheduled to open in Q2 2027, the hotel will offer 151 rooms, a lobby bar, a breakfast restaurant, a private dining room, a gym, a swimming pool with a pool deck and lounge, a kids’ pool, three meeting rooms, and a pre-function area.

In Olongapo, an emerging coastal city on the west coast of Luzon Island, the new Park Inn by Radisson Olongapo Central will debut in Q1 2028. Positioned next to the SM Olongapo Central Mall, this hotel will attract leisure travelers looking for beachfront relaxation, diving, and water sports, as well as adventurers heading to the jungles and mountains of Central Luzon. The property will feature 151 rooms, a lobby bar, a convertible breakfast area, a private dining room, and a swimming pool with a pool deck, lounge, and kids’ pool.

The Park Inn by Radisson Dasmariñas will be part of the expansion of the SM City Dasmariñas shopping mall, the largest in Cavite province, just 50 minutes from Manila’s Ninoy Aquino International Airport. Opening in Q4 2027, the hotel will offer 151 rooms, a lobby bar, a convertible breakfast area, a private dining room, a grab-and-go kiosk, a swimming pool with a pool deck, lounge, and kids’ pool.

Radisson Hotel Group currently operates six hotels in the Philippines, including an upper-upscale Radisson Blu in Cebu and five Park Inn by Radisson hotels in Davao, Clark, Iloilo, Quezon, and Bacolod. This expansion further establishes Park Inn by Radisson as the premier international upper-midscale brand in the Philippines, catering to both business and leisure travelers. Future projects in the pipeline include Park Inn by Radisson, Radisson, and Radisson RED hotels in Cebu, a Radisson Collection hotel in Boracay, and a Radisson Individuals member in Bohol.
