Dominant New Zealand thrashed Pakistan by 115 runs in the fourth Twenty20 International on Sunday, securing the five-match series with a 3-1 lead.
At Mount Maunganui, the hosts posted 220/6 before bowling out Pakistan for a mere 105 in under 17 overs.

The pace duo of Jacob Duffy (4-20) and Zak Foulkes (3-25) led the bowling attack, inflicting Pakistan’s heaviest T20I defeat by runs against any opposition, surpassing their previous worst – a 95-run loss to New Zealand in Wellington nine years ago.
Pakistan’s innings collapsed to 9/3 in two overs, with Duffy taking two wickets, both caught by keeper Mitch Hay. One of these dismissals was Hasan Nawaz for one, who had scored a century in the previous match at Auckland.
Abdul Samad’s 44 from 30 balls provided some resistance at 56/8, whilst Irfan Khan contributed 24 runs. No other batsman reached double figures.
This victory stands as New Zealand’s second-largest T20I win by runs, close to their 119-run success against the West Indies in 2018 at the same venue.
Earlier, Finn Allen reached his fifty in 20 balls, sharing a 59-run opening partnership with Tim Seifert, who scored 44 from 22 balls.
Haris Rauf claimed 3-27, including Seifert’s wicket. Allen’s innings featured six fours and three sixes, whilst captain Michael Bracewell remained unbeaten on 46 from 26 deliveries.
