No Asia Cup, India tour of Bangladesh; window could be used to complete IPL 2025

With the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 suspended indefinitely, it is very unlikely at this stage that India will tour Bangladesh (August) and participate in the Asia Cup (September) later this year. It is reliably understood that the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) could well use that window to complete the remainder of IPL if the need arises.India are scheduled to travel to England in the first week of June for a five-match Test tour and the August-September window could be the only opportunity for the BCCI to complete the tournament if the tensions don’t die down soon.Even if the IPL is completed before the scheduled India tour of Bangladesh and Asia Cup, it is completely off the table. The BCCI appear to be in no mood to soften that stand.Go Beyond The Boundary with our YouTube channel.
