NEW DELHI: As Neeraj Chopra claimed his second Olympic medal at the Paris Games on Thursday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi led the nation in congratulating the star Indian javelin thrower for his silver.
While Neeraj took the silver, Pakistan’s Arshad Nadeem bagged gold with a new Games record of 92.97m.
