The first full-length trailer of Maarrich Tusshar Kapoor’s next film is out. Written and directed by Dhruv Lather, the film also features Naseeruddin Shah, Rahul Dev and Anita Hassanandani Reddy in pivotal roles.

The trailer of Maarrich opens with two murders. We are then introduced to Tusshar Kapoor’s character who is a police officer tasked with investigating the case. The case gets complicated with fresh suspects and twists.

The film’s official synopsis reads – 2 brutal murders, 6 suspects and one fearless cop – Rajiv Dixit, a sharp-witted police officer at task to find the killer behind these murders. An edge-of-the-seat, whodunnit thriller where everyone is a suspect, will Rajiv be able to seize the killer? The chase to catch the evil begins!

It has been a while since audiences saw Tusshar Kapoor in a film which marks his comeback after four years. The actor was last seen in Rohit Shetty’s Simmba in a guest appearance. It will be interesting to watch him appear in a new avatar onscreen. 

Maarrich which also features Dipannita Sharma, Seerat Kapoor, Akash Dahiya, Manvir Singh, Chelsha Gosai and others is set to release on December 9 this year in cinemas.
