Kourtney Kardashian revealed her breastfeeding timeline for her and Travis Barker’s baby

Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker’s baby, Rocky, is now eight months old, and Kourtney wouldn’t be Kourtney if she wasn’t talking about her parenting strategies—including how long she plans to breastfeed.

Kardashian said on The Kardashians that she wants to nurse Rocky for “at least a year,” while talking with Barker bandmate Mark Hoppus’s wife, Skye. She added, “I did Reigny for a year. He started biting me.” Which is a lot less eyebrow-raising than when she said she drinks her own breast milk when she feels sick.

Her breastfeeding schedule wasn’t the only parenting strategy Kardashian shared on the episode. She also revealed that she and Barker don’t have a night nurse this time, so she schedules activities around naptime, and that baby Rocky sleeps in the bed with her and Barker. “It’s just the best, waking up to him. He’s so smiley in the morning,” she said. “I hate leaving him. I get antsy, like, ‘We’re taking too long.’” She continued that she imagines she’ll be this way for at least the next three months.

Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker have not exactly been shy when it comes to sharing their parenting journey. Kardashian gave fans constant updates on her fertility journey and later her pregnancy on Instagram, though they’ve still chosen to keep the baby’s face away from the cameras for now.
