Bollywood star Katrina Kaif was spotted at the revered Kukke Shree Subramanya Temple in Karnataka on Tuesday (March 11), where she participated in special religious ceremonies. In the recent videos shared online, Katrina was seen performing the Sarpa Samskara Puja, a significant ritual observed for ancestral and spiritual benefits.
According to India Today, Kaif is set to continue her temple visit with additional prayers scheduled over the next two days. Following her participation in the afternoon puja and the Annadanam ritual—an act of offering food—she headed to a private hotel, where she will be staying to complete her temple visit. The actress concealed her face with a dupatta while leaving the premises to avoid any interaction with the media.
She was recently seen at the Maha Kumbh Mela, where she took a ritualistic dip alongside her mother-in-law. Several Bollywood figures, including Raveena Tandon, her daughter Rasha Thadani, and actor Abhishek Banerjee, were also present at the gathering.
Some of her videos from her holy dip in the Triveni Sangam went viral online, sparking concern among her fans. The videos were taken and shared by a group of men who filmed themselves taking a holy dip before shifting focus to Katrina, claiming they were close to the ‘Tiger 3‘ actress. Actress Raveena Tandon slammed the Instagram user for intruding on Katrina’s privacy with such a disrespectful video.
Katrina has been married to Vicky Kaushal for four years. Her last film, ‘Merry Christmas’, co-starring Vijay Sethupathi, was released in January last year.
