Katrina Kaif, who sparked pregnancy rumours last month, returned to India on Saturday night. She was spotted at the Mumbai airport.
Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif made her first public appearance since she sparked pregnancy rumours. The actress landed in Mumbai on Saturday night. Katrina was said to be in London, where she was spending time with family and husband, actor Vicky Kaushal.
In videos shared by paparazzi on Instagram, Katrina Kaif was seen making a stylish exit from the airport. The actress wore an all black outfit – consisting of a loose black tee, a pair of comfy black pants and a cape. She left her hair loose while completing her look with a pair of sunglasses. She smiled for the cameras and waved goodbye when she got into her car. Check out the video below:
Rumours of Katrina’s pregnancy emerged after a video of her and Vicky surfaced on social media. In the clip shot from across the street, the couple appeared to be walking together in London. Katrina’s oversized coat caught fans’ attention, with many speculating that the actor is pregnant and has left the country to avoid media attention.
To top it off, a new report in Times Now.com/Zoom has claimed that Katrina is going to deliver her baby in London. “Yes, she is pregnant. They will welcome their first child in London. Vicky is already there with her,” a source told the media portal.
Meanwhile, Katrina’s representative agency, Raindrop, has called the reports surrounding her pregnancy “unconfirmed”. “Request all media houses to immediately stop this unconfirmed reporting and speculation,” Katrina’s agency said in a statement.
On the work front, Katrina was last seen in Merry Christmas, which released earlier this year. The actress will next be seen in Jee Le Zaraa, directed by Farhan Akhtar. The film will also star Alia Bhatt and Priyanka Chopra. While the film was announced in 2021, it has been delayed for a while now.
However, a new report claimed Farhan has decided to revive the project. Farhan Akhtar and the officials at Excel are exploring the possibilities of reviving Jee Le Zaraa. “While Jee Le Zaraa was put on the backburner before proceeding to the pre-production stage, the team at Excel was continuing to give the final touches to the script. The film was put on the back burner due to date issues and not completely called off, as it’s a pet project for all the stakeholders – from the producers to writers and director. The script is completely in place and the team is now looking to revive the project,” a source told Pinkvilla.
The source continued, “During her visit to India, Farhan Akhtar met Priyanka Chopra as well to restart the conversation of Jee Le Zaraa. He has been in touch with Katrina Kaif and Alia Bhatt too. The trio is working out on the combination dates with a positive intent of bringing the film back on track.”
