Kareena Kapoor Khan embraces the mob wife aesthetic with nude lips and smoky eyes

Kareena Kapoor Khan served major mob wife energy in a sleek all-black pantsuit from Balenciaga. For her makeup, the “Crew” star opted for classic glam featuring pink nude lips, soft brown smoky eyes and a sharp contour. The actor styled her hair in textured loose waves and completed her ensemble with a pair of rectangular sunnies, opaque white nails and chunky metallic earrings.

Makeup artist Mickey Contractor gave Kareena Kapoor Khan a radiant soft matte base with defined brows and nude pink lips. He enhanced Khan’s eyes with soft brown smoky eyes, set against shimmery pink eyeshadow. Contractor added warmth to her complexion with a light brown contour to her cheeks, blended upwards for a snatched look. A brush of highlighter over her cheekbones amped up the glow quotient. He skipped the eyeliner and tightlined her eyes instead, adding layers of mascara for a fluttery faux-lash effect.

Hairstylist Mitesh Rajani styled Kareena Kapoor Khan’s mane into loose waves that cascaded over her shoulders. To complete her look, Kapoor accessorised with statement metallic earrings and a chic pair of shades.

Follow the steps below to get the look:

1. Use a gentle cleanser to wash your face and apply moisturiser. Then, use a primer to set your base to work on.
2. Use a colour corrector followed by a concealer under the eyes for an even complexion.
3. Choose a lightweight foundation and dot it across your face with the help of a damp beauty blender for an even finish.
4. Brush out your eyebrows and shape them using a brow brush. Fill in any gaps with light brow pomade if needed, and taper the edges.
5. To create a soft brown eye, use light brown eyeshadow and blend it over your eyelids.
6. Use a kohl pencil to create a diffused line over your eyelids. Then coat your lashes with generous layers of mascara for a wide-eyed look.
7. For chiselled features, contour your face using a light brown/grey contour. Once done, add extra shimmer with a liquid highlighter dotted along your cheekbones. Blend it in with a damp beauty blender for a naturally dewy look.
8. Use a light pink lipliner and apply nude lipgloss across your lips to tie the look together.
9. Finally, finish your look with a setting spray to keep your makeup intact.
