Cricketing stars such as Jasprit Bumrah, Tilak Varma, Abhishek Sharma, Suryakumar Yadav, Shahid Afridi and Imad Wasim were in attendance, accompanied by other celebrities such as Sonam Kapoor, Anand Ahuja, Sukumar, Chiranjeevi, Jasmin Walia, and Atif Aslam.
Pakistan posted 241 all out in 50 overs against India in their ICC Champions Trophy 2025 Group A clash in Dubai. Opting to bat first, Pakistan struggled early as Babar Azam (23) edged Hardik Pandya to KL Rahul, and Imam-ul-Haq (10) was run out, leaving them at 47/2.
Saud Shakeel (62 off 76) and skipper Mohammad Rizwan (46 off 77) rescued the innings with a crucial 104-run stand. However, India hit back after Axar Patel dismissed Rizwan in the 35th over.
Shakeel soon followed, falling to Pandya, while Tayyab Tahir (4) and Salman Agha (19) failed to contribute significantly.
