Janhvi Kapoor loves her florals and her florals love her. For her recent press tour of the sports drama film Mr. & Mrs. Mahi, Kapoor nodded to several stellar iterations: be it kurtas, dresses or co-ord sets. One of her most memorable floral moments was her white and lavender Prints By Radhika lehenga. The gorgeous look is sure to spark your immediate desire to pile on the print—the more, the merrier.

“From the print and patterns to the colours and flattering fit, Janhvi’s lehenga is a special one. The print, in particular, is as artistic as it can get,” shares designer Radhika Rawat behind Prints By Radhika. The ensemble, she elaborates, is part of the Jaipur-based label’s Rococo collection, which harks to the motifs and influences of the late Baroque period symbolised by its ornamental and dramatic style.
“The lavender blooms are inspired from a hand-painted porcelain print from the era. The florals were first painted on canvas before being digitally printed on a white flowy pure silk textile. The fabric was then transformed into a sweetheart neckline blouse and flared skirt. A lavender organza dupatta with intricate bead work completes her set,” she adds.
