Building on the fashion strides made by Diljit Dosanjh and Vijay Varma, Ishaan Khatter takes menswear to new heights with his latest looks. Ishaan Khatter makes his Hollywood debut in the Nicole Kidman-starrer Netflix murder mystery, The Perfect Couple this September. For its London premiere, he took a step away from the typical black-suit-and-a-tie instead served dapper looks in a corset-style vest from Daniel W. Fletcher’s FW24 RTW collection.
Khatter donned a classic three-piece suit featuring a double-breasted jacket layered over a crisp white shirt with contrast stitching, a stunning black corset, and a sleek white tie. The wool twill fabric corset features boning details and a laced back with raw edges. Styled by Alexander Roth, the corset is paired with a black blazer, impeccably tailored pants that sit perfectly over his dress shoes, and an Omega timepiece.

For press day in London, Khatter wore an ensemble from Burberry’s Autumn 2024 collection. The iconic British house’s signature style embraces a fully utilitarian approach, even in its most extravagant looks, layering an aesthetic of relaxed elegance with functional pieces. While the standard black suits and ties can often feel repetitive, it’s refreshing to see Khatter pushing menswear boundaries.
Burberry’s Autumn 2024 collection combines the aesthetic of classic British culture with a hint of quirky detail. Khatter wore a sleeveless wool shirt with a tailored slim fit and B-cut zip pulls. The shirt also features a press-stud wraparound collar, known as a Puttee collar, inspired by archival Burberry motoring coats. The accessories are kept minimal yet tasteful with a chic pair of sunglasses, a leather belt, and chunky boots embellished with buckle details.
