
NEW DELHI: Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) have officially announced full refunds for all ticket holders after their upcoming IPL 2025 clash against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) was shifted out of Bengaluru due to persistent rain and unplayable conditions at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium.The fixture, originally slated for May 23, has now been moved to the Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium in Lucknow. SUBSCRIBE NOW!RCB issued a detailed statement outlining the refund process: “As the game between RCB and SRH has been moved out of Bengaluru due to inclement weather, all valid ticket holders are eligible for a full refund.”For digital ticket holders, the refund will be processed automatically within 10 working days to the original account used for the purchase. If the refund is not received by May 31, fans are advised to email [email protected] with their booking details for escalation.Those who purchased physical tickets will need to return them to the original point of sale immediately in order to claim a refund.The match relocation was confirmed by the IPL earlier this week due to unfavourable weather in Bengaluru, with rain already disrupting multiple games this season.

To minimise delays, the IPL has also introduced an additional one-hour buffer in match timings for all remaining league fixtures.RCB, already through to the playoffs, will use the game to gear up for the knockouts.
