Infosys terminates 195 trainees for failing test

BENGALURU: Infosys has terminated 195 traineesat its Mysuru campus after they failed to clear an internal assessment. The trainees were given three attempts to qualify. They also got adequate time to prepare. Ten days ago, the firm terminated 240 trainees.Upon completing a separation and general release agreement, the company said it would offer one month’s salary, a relieving letter, and a 12-week training programme for potential roles in the BPM sector.
