IndiGo airline has been facing a system outage since 12:30 pm on Saturday. This has affected flight movements and ground services across airports.

Several passengers have taken to social media platform X to share their plight, urging the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) to take note.

The airline replied to the passenger, writing, “Mr Priyatham, we regret your recent experience with the user interface. We request you to DM us your PNR along with a snapshot of the error to check and assist.”
