Apoorva Mukhija Unfollows Everyone; Is the ‘IGL’ Controversy Tearing Her Inner Circle Apart?

However, comedian and YouTuber Samay Raina, who hosted the show, is yet to be questioned.
For the unversed, the controversy erupted after an FIR was filed against Makhija, YouTubers Ashish Chanchlani, Ranveer Allahbadia, Samay Raina, and others for allegedly promoting obscenity and engaging in sexually explicit discussions on the publicly streamed YouTube show.
The backlash against India’s Got Latent escalated after a viral clip from the show featured Ranveer Allahbadia making an offensive remark. During the segment, he posed a controversial question to a contestant, sparking outrage on social media. Many users slammed Allahbadia for his inappropriate remarks, accusing the creators of normalizing obscene content.
Following the public outcry, Ranveer Allahbadia issued an apology via a video on his X account, admitting that his comments were inappropriate and lacked humor. Acknowledging his mistake, he stated, “Comedy is not my forte, I am just here to say sorry.” He further assured his followers that he would be more mindful of his influence on younger audiences moving forward.
