Euphoria stars Zendaya and Alexa Demie SPOTTED filming Season 3 - WATCH

Fans of HBO’s hit drama Euphoria were sent into a frenzy on Friday as after viral videos surfaced online showing lead stars Zendaya and Alexa Demie filming scenes for the highly anticipated third season.
The footage, captured at what appears to be a diner, has reignited excitement following the show’s prolonged hiatus. The clips shared online, see Zendaya as Rue in a sweatshirt with her wild curls, meeting Alexa’s Maddy. The two were seen filming an intense conversation scene, before being joined by another cast member.
Production for Euphoria Season 3 officially commenced in February 2025. HBO confirmed the news by sharing a first-look image featuring Zendaya in a dimly lit room, looking over her shoulder.
The show was delayed several times, wing to scheduling conflicts and even the sudden demise of actor Angus Cloud. Reports also suggested that tensions arose between Zendaya and Sam Levinson during the hiatus, further contributing to the delays.
In a podcast last October, the lead actress revealed that Season 3 will introduce a time jump, moving the characters beyond their high school years. The series returns with its leading cast, including Hunter Schafer, Sydney Sweeney, Jacob Elordi, and Colman Domingo. However, Storm Reid, who played Gia Bennett, will not be reprising her role.
A premiere date for season three hasn’t yet been announced.
On the professional front, Zendaya has her slate full with various film projects, including Christopher Nolan’s ‘The Odyssey’ and she will also lend her voice to the upcoming animated film ‘Shrek 5‘.
