Donald Trump's staff didn't even know where Melania lived, claims bombshell book
‘Disgraced’ author Michael Wolff claims in his new book that Melania hates Donald Trump.

Michael Wolff has come up with another set of startling revelations in his upcoming book All or Nothing: How Trump Recaptured America digging deeper into Trump’s 2024 election train but a lot of focus is on Melania Trump, the First Lady, who was largely absent from the campaign. In 2018, Michael Wolff’s Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House created ripples because of the secrets he spilled.
Donald Trump’s aides, however, distanced themselves from Wolff around November when it came to their knowledge that Wolff was writing another book. Susie Wiles, who is now the chief of staff called Wolff ‘disgraced’ and said he sent many enquiries to the people working for the election. “He is a known peddler of fake news who routinely concocts situations, conversations, and conclusions that never happened. As a group, we have decided not to respond to his bad faith inquiries, and we encourage others to completely disregard whatever nonsense he eventually publishes. Consider this our blanket response to whatever he writes,” the statement said.
Daily Beast reported that the book claims that Melania hates Donald Trump. “She f***ing hates him,” a Mar-a-Lago patio confidant apparently told Michael Wolff. The author added that the source was “bewildered” that this needed to be said out loud.
Wolff wrote that during the campaign Trump never acknowledged that “the most public marriage in the nation was breaking down, even if by every standard indication, it was breaking down, and doing so in public.” Wolff claimed that Trump’s staff didn’t even know where Melania lived.
Melania didn’t make one campaign appearance in teh 18 months before the Republican National Convention in July 2024 and “flatly refused” to make a planned “showstopper” speech at the event.
Melania addressed the speculations over her absence and explained how she chose to speak when she had something to say. During the campaigning, Melania was busy with her book and also with Barron Trump’s new college.
Wolff said it was at that time that Donald Trump campaign floated the theory that Melania would be a “part-time First Lady” dividing her time between Washington and Manhattan.
After the assassination attempt in Butler, the campaign staff were wondering whether Melania would show up. “Even in the ever-downward spiral of diminishing expectations, every day was “will she, won’t she?” he wrote.
The Trump campaign was caught by surprise by Melania’s book and they were not sure whether it was a “diss or kiss”, Wolff wrote.
