Did Kate Middleton and Prince William miss special family celebration with Pippa Middleton?

Princess of Wales Kate Middleton and Prince William attended the Six Nations match between England and Wales at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff on Saturday, possibly missing a special family event—Kate’s niece Grace Matthews’ fourth birthday.
Grace is the daughter of Kate’s sister, Pippa Middleton, and her husband, James Matthews.
According to GB News, Kate’s attendance at the match indicates she may have missed Grace’s birthday celebrations. While the details remain unconfirmed, Grace is likely to enjoy the special day in Berkshire with her siblings, six-year-old Arthur and two-year-old Rose.
Kate and Prince William, both avid rugby fans, were at the stadium in their official roles as patrons of their respective rugby unions.
Kate, as patron of England’s Rugby Football Union and the Rugby Football League, was in the stands at Twickenham supporting England, while Prince William, Patron of the Welsh Rugby Union, was cheering on Wales.
“A pleasure to meet with players supported by the Welsh Rugby Charitable Trust ahead of today’s match in Cardiff,” the Prince and Princess of Wales said in a post on X.
Prior to the match, they visited injured players supported by the Welsh Rugby Charitable Trust in the Sir Tasker Watkins Suite, a designated area at the Stadium for injured players and their families.
The Welsh Rugby Charitable Trust, established in 1972, focuses on providing education, social support, and sporting opportunities for rugby players who have suffered serious injuries.
