Dhanashree Verma happily poses for photos and interacts with paparazzi amid divorce with Yuzvendra Chahal: 'Kaam pe jaa rahi hoon'
Cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal and choreographer Dhanashree Verma are in the midst of divorce proceedings. Dhanashree was recently seen at Mumbai Airport on her way to work. Her family has denied rumors of a Rs 60 crore alimony request, calling them baseless and urging media accuracy.

Cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal and choreographer-influencer Dhanashree Verma have been in the news for their divorce. Recently, reports said they appeared in a Mumbai court to finalize it. Amid this, Dhanashree was spotted at Mumbai Airport. She looked stylish as she headed off to fulfill her work commitments.
A paparazzi video shows Dhanashree stepping out of her car and walking towards the airport. She wore a black top with baggy jeans and smiled as she posed for the cameras. When asked how she was, she laughed and kept walking, saying, “Kaam pe jaa rahi hu.” She also happily took a photo with a fan.

Recent reports claimed that Dhanashree Verma and Yuzvendra Chahal, who married in 2020, have finalized their divorce. However, Dhanashree’s lawyer clarified that the proceedings are still ongoing. The lawyer urged the media to verify facts before reporting, as much misleading information is being circulated.

Meanwhile, Dhanashree’s family also issued a statement, rejecting claims that she was seeking Rs 60 crore in alimony from Yuzvendra. “We are deeply outraged by the baseless claims being circulated about the alimony figure. Let me be absolutely clear—no such amount has ever been asked, demanded, or even offered. There is no truth to these rumors whatsoever. It is deeply irresponsible to publish such unverified information, dragging not just the parties but also their families into unnecessary speculation. Reckless reporting like this only causes harm, and we urge the media to exercise restraint and fact-check before spreading misinformation and also be respectful towards everyone’s privacy,” read the statement.
According to ABP News, during the court hearing, Dhanashree Verma and Yuzvendra Chahal disclosed that they had been living separately for 18 months. When questioned about the reason for their divorce, the couple cited “compatibility issues” as the main factor.
