Dalata Hotel Group opens Maldron Hotel Liverpool, featuring 268 rooms and modern amenities in a prime city center location.
Dalata Hotel Group Plc, Ireland’s foremost hotel operator with an expanding footprint across the United Kingdom and continental Europe, has launched a new 268-room facility in Liverpool, creating 75 jobs. The inaugural Maldron Hotel Liverpool, situated on Park Lane, serves as a prime hub for visitors, mere minutes from both the bustling Liverpool One shopping area and Lime Street Station. This 4-star establishment features elegantly designed rooms with top-tier comfort, a modern bar, a restaurant, and a gym. Marking the 55th property in Dalata’s collection, this hotel is among four debuts in the UK this year, augmenting the Group’s presence especially with its four properties in Manchester. The hotel also introduces the acclaimed Grain & Grill restaurant, offering a selection of well-loved culinary delights, alongside a Red Bean Roastery for premium, freshly made coffee. Notably, the hotel’s design achieves a BREEAM Excellent rating, indicating its position in the top 10% of new UK non-domestic buildings for environmental excellence.
Maldron Hotel Liverpool General Manager, Kirsty Monington said the hotel and its location will act as the perfect base from which guests can enjoy all that Liverpool has to offer.

The Maldron Hotel Liverpool, recently inaugurated, features a modern lobby on the ground floor equipped with self-check-in pods, alongside a generously sized area for dining and drinks, and a fully outfitted fitness center. The hotel prides itself on offering a variety of stylish and cozy accommodations, including deluxe double and single rooms, executive king rooms, and accessible rooms. Each room is furnished with modern wooden flooring, air conditioning, rainfall showers, and USB-C charging points. In line with Dalata Hotel Group’s vigorous expansion plan in the UK, the company is set to launch two more Maldron Hotels soon. These new establishments will be located in prime areas of Shoreditch in South Central London and Brighton.
