While Rav splits his time between meetings, design and fabric sourcing around the world, Parv holds the fort with planning, operations and team management. Where they meet is to strategise and build the future of clothsurgeon. The atelier—Rav’s natural habitat—is a separate industrial spot east of central London, where all the pattern-making, toiles, cutting, construction and production happens. More central, in London’s Mayfair where the store is located, the duo convene for all things client-facing. “I like to think we have curated a space that is inviting and allows us to build community and long-lasting relationships with clients, collaborators and creatives,” says Parv, who usually busies herself in the basement of the artfully curated shop.
