'Chhaava' box office collection day 15 (Live): The Vicky Kaushal starrer crosses Rs 400 crore on second Friday

‘Chhaava‘ starring Vicky Kaushal, Rashmika Mandanna, Akshaye Khanna is doing exceptionally well at the box office. The film had a big opening and crossed Rs 100 crore just on the opening weekend, which is the first three days. Meanwhile, within the span of one week, it made around Rs 219 crore at the box office. The film has been seeing a good growth due to positive word of mouth and despite the fact that it has completed two weeks now, it has continued to remain steady at the box office.
Chhaava Movie Review
The film benefitted hugely from Shivratri which was on Wednesday and made Rs 23 crore. However it saw a drop on Thursday and collected Rs 13.25 crore. On Friday, uptil afternoon, the movie had collected around Rs 89 lakhs. Thus, the total collection so far, according to Sacnilk is Rs 400. 39 crore. The film has finally crossed the Rs 400 crore mark on its day 15, which is second Friday.
However, the numbers have now started slowing down. This third weekend will again play a huge role in determing if the film will touch Rs 500 crore. Though, for it to cross even Rs 400 crore is no small feat and ‘Chhaava’ is already a huge success. The film is Vicky Kaushal’s highest grossing movie so far. His biggest hit was ‘Uri: The Surgical Strike’ which made Rs 240 crore and now ‘Chhaava’ is obviously way past that.
