Bryan Johnson shares Salman Khan meme to highlight the dangers of junk food: 'Never worth it'
Bryan Johnson, known for his age-reversal techniques, criticises fast food addiction, singling out Chick-fil-A in a humorous post. His meme on social media reflects regret after eating junk food. Johnson’s unconventional health practices include working in a hyperbaric oxygen chamber and spending $2 million annually on anti-ageing treatments, drawing widespread attention.

Entrepreneur and ‘age-reversal‘ millionaire Bryan Johnson continues to spark discussions online with his unconventional views.
In his latest post, he criticised the addictive and harmful effects of fast food, particularly Chick-fil-A. Using humour, he shared a Salman Khan Bollywood meme on Sunday to illustrate how the body reacts to junk food.
Check out his post here:
He captioned it, ‘It’s never, ever worth it.” The meme was a response to a post that joked, “Me after having junk food that didn’t even taste good’.
The meme humorously featured a scene from Jaan-E-Mann, where Salman Khan’s character sits in a taxi, tearfully regretting his choices—perfectly capturing the body’s reaction after indulging in junk food.
As soon as he shared the post, comments poured in from all sides. While one user wrote, ‘I feel like I committed a crime when I eat junk food and it’s not satisfying’, another one added, ‘I agree. I did that for years. Once you free yourself, you won’t want to ever go back. People fear it, but getting off-chain food frees you from mental and physical chains. There is a reason they are called chain restaurants’.

Recently, Bryan Johnson moved his office into a hyperbaric oxygen chamber and shared a video on X. The viral clip showed him working on his computer inside the chamber, wearing an oxygen mask over his mouth and nose, highlighting his dedication to unconventional health practices.

Tech entrepreneur Bryan Johnson is known for his extravagant spending on experimental “de-ageing” treatments to reverse his biological clock. At 47, he has drawn attention for radical experiments like receiving blood transfusions from his teenage son. He invests $2 million annually in medical diagnostics, treatments, and a strict lifestyle regimen to slow ageing.
