Ayaan Agnihotri on growing up with uncles Salman Khan, Arbaaz Khan and Sohail Khan: 'Sohail mamu was like a second father, Salman mamu is a jokester, Arbaaz mamu is a little bit strict'

Ayaan Agnihotri, also known as Agni, has made his musical debut with his first single, Universal Laws. The song was introduced in Dubai by none other than his uncle, Salman Khan. The event was attended by his uncles Sohail Khan, Arbaaz Khan, his parents Alvira Agnihotri and Atul Agnihotri, his sister Alizeh Agnihotri, his cousins Nirvaan Khan and Arhaan Khan, highlighting the strong family bond and their support for Ayaan’s venture into music.
Reflecting on his bond with his uncles, Ayaan shared that he has “very healthy relationships” with each of them. He revealed that Sohail Khan played a pivotal role in his childhood, acting like a second father. “He spent a lot of time with us kids – me, Arhaan, and Nirvaan. He used to take us on holidays and look after us. He’s very fun-loving and light-hearted. He’s very fun to be around,” Ayaan told News18.
Discussing his dynamic with Arbaaz Khan, Ayaan described him as someone with both a humorous side and a bit of strictness. According to him, even if they had done something wrong, Arbaaz mamu would still make time for fun moments. He also admitted that while Sohail is the funniest member of the family, he was always “most scared” of Arbaaz.

Speaking about Salman Khan, Ayaan referred to him as a playful prankster who loves to joke around and sometimes even scare people. “Salman mamu, he’s a jokester. He’s really funny. He’s the one who will pull your leg, prank you, and scare you at times. All of them have a playful nature. They are childlike at heart,” he shared. He also recalled some valuable advice from Salman, who told him, “Don’t care about what people think, do exactly what you want to do.”

Released on February 20, Universal Laws explores themes of ambition, self-discovery, and universal truths. The track blends rap with powerful lyrics and a dynamic sound, delivering an engaging musical experience. Produced, mixed, and mastered by Aditya Dev, the single encapsulates raw emotion and innovative sound design, marking a significant step in Ayaan’s musical journey.
