Personality tests have always fascinated people because they offer insights into one’s hidden traits and unconscious behaviour. While traditional tests use questions to assess one’s character, modern psychology suggests that one’s body language, especially sitting posture, can also reveal a lot about a person’s true nature. How you sit when relaxed or unaware is often an expression of your inner mindset.
